In the far east side of Toronto in the beaches you can find a place called Fearless Meat. It has a small but cozy seating area and they serve some pretty mean burgers and shakes at very good prices.
I ordered the Raptor burger ($10.50). The menu description reads: 6 oz. Certified Angus Beef, 2 slices Peameal Bacon, 2 slices of Lester’s Old Fashioned Montreal Smoked Meat, slices of Swiss and Cheddar.
It's a well put together burger. None of the ingredients are lost when taking a bite and you can taste them throughout the whole experience.
I will visit again when I have the time. It’s just a bit of a trek, especially if you live in the downtown core.
